Service Description

A massage tailored to you, from pure relaxation to chronic pain and everything in between. Trigger point, deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, active release, joint mobilization, reflexology, craniosacral, traction, and stretching. Cupping and reiki are also included in this service. Typically begins with Swedish massage strokes to assess the clients tissue and combined with client feedback the exact treatment is determined. Optional use of aromatherapy or warming balms and oils available. 90 minutes is recommended for a thorough full body experience, especially to deal with old injuries or other complications.
